Michele Marano, host of http://www.blogtalkradio.com/everythingrealestate and Sales Associate at John Daugherty welcomes Michelle Sandlin, Director of Global Relocation at John Daugherty, Realtors to her show. Together, they discuss the importance of relocation to all companies transferring employees in and out of the Houston area.
Houston, being a transit city and a global destination to the energy sector, one of the largest medical centers in the world and a city flourishing above most other cities in a time of economic downturn, has a number of individuals in need of real estate assistance when relocating.
Some companies have a relocation program in place and some do not. The show covers a lot of questions some may ask if they do not have a relocation package at their corporation. “I moved to and from Houston 3 times when I worked as a broker in the energy commodity market. My company paid for the move but they didn’t offer any assistance or guidance when I moved.” says Michele Marano.
